Returns Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., personal care or baby items) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds
